About the Platform

We're building a platform whose goal is to turn complex real estate market information into clear answers people can use.

The platform is data-driven and independent: reports are not designed to sell you a service, and every number traces to a documented source. The methodology, sources and limitations are published openly — and when there isn't enough data, the system says so.

Sources and methodology

The data comes from Israel's open government databases (data.gov.il) and the Central Bureau of Statistics, alongside additional documented sources. The full methodology — including how the estimate is computed, confidence levels and limitations — is published on the methodology page.

Limitations

The reports are statistical analysis — not an appraisal and not advice. When there is not enough data, the system says so instead of showing a number.
